Peoria RC modelers is an Academy of Model Aeronautics Chapter 313 sanctioned radio control model flying club. We fly almost every evening during the summer, and Friday-Sunday mornings, weather permitting. Members fly many types of model aircraft including fixed wing, helicopters, and sailplanes. We conduct several annual events at our field. The field is on Peoria Park District property. The club dues pay for field lease, all improvements to the site, and the expenses related to the access road. We are committed to having fun and the safe operation of model aircraft. We are a not-for-profit organization and always welcome new members.
Field mowing day is usually Thursday afternoons during flying season.
